You also have the opportunity to get a certificate for your language level or your participation in a course. However, this is not as official as the YKI test, as only one authority can issue it in Finland.

Interesting facts about the lesson
We offer different types of lessons, but the students are always our priority and we try to offer everyone the most individual and flexible lessons possible. If you go on "Service" you can find and secure the right package for you.
Lessons always take place online, regardless of what type of lesson has been booked. Therefore, a stable internet connection, a working microphone and, preferably, a camera are required for lessons.
No additional learning materials are required, everything you need for learning will be added to your individual learning portal.
You can write everything down, but you don't have to. Your teacher will summarize everything important for you and also provide you with the notes.
If you prefer a video recording of your lessons, this is also possible with an additional booking.
After each lesson you will be given homework to deepen what you have learned, which will be discussed in your next lesson. Please try to solve your homework yourself, because this is the only way your teacher will know where your weak points are.
The lessons are suitable for all ages, including small children; the lessons and material are adapted to the age and may have deviations from the regular lessons.
The language of instruction can be chosen flexibly between German, English and Finnish and can also vary during the lesson. So a mix is also possible. This depends on your language skills.
Lessons can be booked from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (EESZ) and Saturday between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (EESZ), depending on availability.
If you are late, please let us know immediately, because without information your teacher will wait a maximum of 15 minutes and after that the lesson will be considered held. In the case of delays that are the fault of the student, the late time cannot unfortunately be made up. If you are unable to attend a booked lesson, please cancel it 48 hours before the start of the lesson or postpone it up to 24 hours before the start of the lesson. Otherwise the lesson is unfortunately considered held. Unfortunately, technical problems on the part of the student cannot be credited.
In the event of technical problems, delays or last-minute cancellations by the teacher, the lost time will of course be credited.
Learning
Even if the learning is very flexible and individual, we recommend actively paying attention so what you have already learned is not forgotten.
Our recommendation is therefore to take part in classes 1-3 times a week, this can vary from week to week, as well as daily active independent learning of at least 15 minutes per day (the more the better). You should also get in touch with the Finnish language through films, series, books, news, conversations with Finnish speakers, etc. We would be happy to support you with this too. Practicing independently is often underestimated, but it is just as important as learning with a teacher. You can get further tips on learning from your teacher in class.
